Each of the five programs in the advanced series offers a unique blend of deep, actionable knowledge and hands-on practice sessions complemented by constructive feedback. Learn by Doing | Advanced Level Applied Program

Each program in the series is structured to maximize your learning experience through a dynamic blend of asynchronous advanced study and live sessions which include (one) 3.5-hour workshop and (three) one-hour follow-up sessions to apply and reinforce your advanced skills:

    Engage in a 3.5-hour interactive small cohort-based session, designed to put the learning into practice.

Deeper Dive into Being, Sensing, and Engaging

  • Being: At the core of our model, “Being” underscores the indispensable skill of maintaining self-awareness and a clear state of mind. This foundational quality enables a team coach to optimally sense and engage with a team, ensuring interactions are both meaningful and impactful.

Team Coaching Sensing Charts

An advanced course designed to elevate the skills of team coaches by equipping them with an array of powerful tools for deep observation and analysis of team dynamics. This program introduces participants to the utilization of Sensing Charts, including Communication Charts, Behavior Charts, State of Mind Charts, and the O-P-N (Outcomes-Patterns-Norms) Chart. Each chart serves as a lens through which team interactions, behaviors, emotions, and underlying dynamics can be examined and understood.

  • Acquire the ability to transform observations into actionable insights
    This includes recognizing patterns of communication, behavior, emotional states, and the often-invisible norms that influence the ways in which teams work together.

  • Utilize Sensing Charts to capture a more comprehensive picture of team interactions
    From the flow of communication and specific behaviors to the emotional climate and foundational norms that guide team behavior, these charts offer a multi-dimensional view of how teams operate and thrive

  • Learn how to provide the data gleaned from the Sensing Charts
    Make specific data-informed team coaching moves using the data obtained from the Sensing Charts. Explore how to share the data with the team leader during the 1:1 coaching sessions.

  • Learn how to use the data from Sensing Charts to track and measure progress
    Track key data over time to measure the team’s progress against key effectiveness, cohesion, and performance goals. Teach the team to capture their own data and assess their own progress over time.

Integrating Mutual Accountability Into Team Coaching

This advanced program equips team coaches with the expertise to integrate the Corentus Mutual Accountability Tools and Microtools into a team coaching engagement — one of the main focus areas of development for most of our client engagements. Through detailed exploration of methods in our Mutual Accountability Framework, learn to assist a team to generate clear requests, make clear agreements, manage progress, manage breakdowns, and acknowledge and learn from successes.

  • Obtain time-tested practical tools and microtools to foster greater levels of mutual accountability and trust between team members
