Corentus Team Coaching

At Corentus, we work with teams in real time, around real work. This is to expand our clients’ team awareness, deepen their capacity, and broaden their skills in order to increase levels of effectiveness, cohesion, and performance.

TEAM COACHING is one of a variety of ways to develop a successful team. We have identified five main team development modalities:

  • facilitation

  • training

  • building

  • consulting

  • coaching

Each of these has valuable and appropriate to its certain circumstances. It is important to be clear about which modality you’re using at any given moment, as well as the outcomes you’re likely to achieve.

For a deep dive into all five team modalities, read our article “Understanding of Team Development Practices”.

The Corentus approach is just one of several different approaches to team coaching being used successfully in the world today. We honor and respect our team development colleagues around the world, many of whom are our partners.
