Accountability

Accountability is a cornerstone of effective teamwork.  When a team is mutually accountable, members generate respect, drive performance and produce results.  In this webinar, we introduce the Accountability Framework and dive into the first two phases of the framework: generate actions through clear and focused requests and making agreements that can be clearly followed up and examined.
